Nuits-Saint-Georges is de zuidelijkste hoofdgemeente van de C\u00f4te de Nuits en produceert de meest robuuste, stoere rode wijnen van de streek.<\/p>\n

Aux Thorey bevindt zich in het zuidelijke deel van de appellation, op zware kalksteengrond gemengd met klei. De wijn compenseert zijn lagere ligging met bijzondere densiteit en een lang rijpingspotentieel. De Thorey-percelen produceren wijnen met een gesloten, gedisciplineerde jeugd die pas na jaren echt opengaat.<\/p>\n

De 2015 is indrukwekkend en geconcentreerd. Bramen, zwarte pruim, cederhout en tabak. In de mond bijna Chambolle-achtig zacht – een verrassende zachtheid voor een NSG, maar de tannines zijn stevig aanwezig voor een lange kelderbewaring. Best 2026\u20132033.<\/p>\n
